Using Report Manager

The report manager stores previously ordered business credit reports, business public record reports, Portfolio Monitor detailed report, International Profile report and Commercial Fraud Insight reports for up to 60 days after the initial report was ordered. The following information is displayed when viewing the Report Manager list:

  • Date – the date the report was originally pulled
  • Company - the name of the company that is on the credit report (response report)
  • User ID
  • Reference – your own reference key; can be a department number, cost center, name, etc., that you entered when you ordered the report
  • Report type – the type of the report that was pulled (e.g., Business Profile, Commercial Intelliscore, etc.)

Report storage

All reports will be stored for a rolling 60 calendar days. Reports that have reached their maximum storage time will be purged. It is recommended that you download any reports you may need to access beyond their Report Manager storage time.

Viewing reports

Report Manager displays 15 records per page and displays records by archive period. To view a specific report or reports, click the check box(es) that corresponds to the report you wish to view. Other actions can be taken from Report Manager as exhibited by the action buttons at the bottom of the page.

Viewing reports by archive period

To view a particular archive period, use the Report history pull-down menu at the top of the page. Archive periods are divided into present to 15 days, 16 to 30 days, 31 to 45 days and 46 to 60 days. Select the archive period and then click on the Go button. The screen will refresh to display the correct records.

Viewing another reports page

Pagination hyperlinks are located at the top and bottom of the Report Manager list. You can click on the page number, the Previous hyperlink or the Next hyperlink to be taken to a different page. The pagination hyperlinks also inform you of the total number of pages and the total number of records stored in Report Manager.

Sorting reports

Each column in Report Manager is sortable. Click on the column heading to sort the records displayed. To sort the records in the opposite order, click on the column heading again.

  1. Navigate to other report list pages
  2. Check the boxes that correspond to the report you want to view
  3. Select report history and click the Go button to view
  4. Sort by column header

Report Manager Action Buttons

The following action buttons display when you are viewing the Report Manager page.

Back – Use this to navigate back to the previous Web page. You also can use the pagination hyperlinks in Report Manager to navigate reports.

View reports – Use this to view reports that you have selected on the Report Manager list. All reports that are checked will be viewed by order of list, one report per page. A pull-down menu will display at the top of the page. This menu will list the company name, the type of report and if the report was pulled off of the search results page.

When viewing multiple reports - HTML reports are displayed as individual reports for viewing. You may navigate between each report selected through a drop-down menu. Plain text reports are displayed as a single, merged document. You may scroll down the left side of the Web page to view all reports selected.

Print reports – Use this to print the reports you have selected from the displayed list. These reports will be converted to PDF files prior to printing. If multiple reports are selected they will be combined and printed as a single document.

Print list – Use this to print the list of reports currently displayed.

Select all/Clear – Use this to select or clear all the reports displayed on the page (maximum of 15 on a page). Once all reports are selected, the other options (Email, Download, View) will be applicable to all selected reports. Clear will clear all of the selected reports. The button automatically toggles between the two functionalities.

Download – Use this to download the report you are viewing as a PDF file. If multiple reports are requested, the reports are populated to the drop-down menu.

Export – Use this to download the entire list as a .csv file which is viewable in Excel.

Delete – Use this to delete the selected reports from Report Manager.

Print – Use this to print the report on display.

Print all – Use this to print all of the reports you have selected during the inquiry.

Download – Use this to download the report you are viewing as a PDF file.

Back – Use this to navigate back to the previous Web page.

Delete – Use this to delete the report on display from Report Manager.
