Experian's UCC database contains up-to-date UCC records filed with the Secretary of State. The UCC online search delivers File Number — Debtor's name and address, — Secured parties' names and addresses — Collateral description (e.g. equipment, real estate, inventory, etc.).UCC continuances, amendments, and terminations are also accessible on line. 
 

Corporate Records search

Experian's corporate records database provides legal registration information about a business. Data collected from the Secretary of State includes — Date of Incorporation — Status as an Active or Inactive business — Type of Business — Registered Agent — Fees due — Officers and Directors — Stock Information.
 

Fictitious Business Name search

Businesses that use a Fictitious Business Name (FBN) may also refer to them as a (DBA) or Doing Business As. Other identifications include Trade Name, or Assumed Name. Experian search results reveal the registered Business name and address – Owner name and address – Filing number and file date/location.
 

Bankruptcy, Tax Lien and Judgment search

Experian provides online access to search for commercial bankruptcy filings. These searches are national in scope and queried by company name. The database is updated daily, and covers all types of bankruptcies. Also available through Experian online: Tax Liens and Releases at the federal, state and county levels. And Judgments - collected directly from the courts on civil matters of $50 or more.
