Internet security remains a critical objective at BCI as outside threats continue to rise in frequency and sophistication. We meet these challenges by taking immediate action with improved security protocols and ongoing system improvements to create a safe environment for data transfers. Our security measures include the latest encryption techniques, user ID and password protections, IP restrictions, secure socket layer, network monitoring, intrusion detection and vulnerability analysis.
BCI understands and accepts the responsibilities associated with safeguarding data. We work closely with our customers to ensure they understand and accept the responsibilities associated with the handling of data by their employees. Our security measures help to provide a safe workplace, prevent fraud, and reduce risks associated with managing private, confidential information. BCI carefully balances the legitimate need for ease of access while protecting the confidentiality and integrity of the data. We continue to revise our security processes as new internet security threats surface, in partnership with our data providers and customers to ensure that the best security practices are met.
